Behind the scenes over the past few weeks there has been much preparation as we endeavour to plan the way ahead and safely resume some more of our services and Youth programmes. We feel that the time is now right to re-open our Sunday School during our morning Drive-in service. Commencing next Sunday 3rd October, Sunday School will cater for children from 3 years of age (pre-schoolers who must be out of nappies) to year 12. It will be a very different set-up, using our main Youth Hall for many of the classes, allowing plenty of space and ventilation.
Also resuming on Monday 4th October will be our B.B., with the G.B. commencing on Wednesday 6th. It’s an exciting time as we bring the Children and Youth back together once again and we look forward with anticipation to the gradual reopening of our church buildings.
We plan to begin our Sunday Evening Services in the Youth Hall on 17th October. A shorter one hour service to begin with, from 6.30pm – 7.30pm. Each week we will incorporate the Lord’s Supper as part of the service whilst following the latest guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing.
The Bible Study will also return on Monday 18th October at 8pm in the Prayer Room. The Lord has been so faithful to us over these past eighteen months and we thank Him for all the land he has provided for us along with all our excellent facilities, enabling us to fulfil these plans. Scripture tells us that; “a man plans his way, but the Lord directs his footsteps.” A promise we have always found to be so very true.
So; please pray for your Pastoral Team and Church Leaders who are working tirelessly behind the scenes to enable the Church to partly re-open once again after what has been a very challenging and difficult year and a half for many.
Can we, your Pastors, just say a huge thank you to everyone for your love, support, faithfulness, patience and commitment. You are truly the best!!!
Together, as His People, let’s continue to march forward in the Power of God, keeping our eyes firmly fixed on Christ – Unified that He be Glorified.
May God Richly Bless you.

Thoughts for this week - Seek His Will
"Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart".
How do we draw the line between our own desires and God's will for us? It isn't always easy? God may even have gifted you in certain ways, and it would be wrong to deny those gifts. But always commit your motives to Christ and seek His will in everything - even in the things that you enjo...Read more
